One thing you may not have known is that Dad, your grandfather was also wounded in the Korean war. I was not privy to this information until about 15 years or so ago when I looked at his war records and that part was confidental. Today, I witnessed a Remeberance Day assembly where the students really spoke powerful words, written themselves.
